Double procedure today at UNC-Hillsborough. Dr Peery, and her staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment I checked in, to my release, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They explained everything in detail, and answered every question I had, and then some. I’ve had many procedures, in many hospitals, but this was absolutely the best experience to date. Thank you very much!
They also refused to see me despite my urgent care referral that was marked as urgent and they didn't even contact me to let me know they couldn't take my referral.
Don’t waste your time.
Not sure who I spoke with I initially but if I had let my experience end with them I would still have a poor opinion. THANKFULLY it did not and I would like to thank the doctors involved in my experience here for their patience and care throughout my visit. Very thorough and caring.
The doctor misdiagnosed my problen and gave me the wrong treatment (I know because I received proper treatment at Rex in Raleigh!). It is ridiculous now they are charging me $2000 for their mistake. I tried to dispute with them and also complained to NC Division of Health Service Regulation, but they still sent my bill to a collection agency regardless. Very deceiving practice and shady businesses. Do not go there.
