The folks that work here really care and it's always a wonderful experience.
I did not feel well and needed an appointment as soon as possible. I spoke to Linda Pogue and she was one of the kindest, most helpful staff members, She was able to find an appointment for me and I was seen within a day.
I recently had my annual physical with Dr. Alvin Nguyen at UNC Family Medicine & Pediatrics in Holly Springs, and I was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Nguyen is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very personable and attentive. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and offer thoughtful insights. The front staff is always nice and does their best, but the family medicine doctors themselves are often just rude. I've been going here for 3 years since it's close to home, & I've only liked one of my doctors. All the others have been rude, try to push birth control or weight loss on the first appointment out of context of the actual issue, or just down right talk to you like you're stupid. It's nice that they're able to do blood work, x-rays, & other stuff in the building but the doctors themselves, who'll just spit out a... read more
