I've been going to this clinic for a few years and have zero complaints. The staff is outstanding, the check in folks are kind and helpful and a lot of fun to talk to. Dr. Duggal is absolutely lovely, it's like visiting a friend every time I go. She's also very honest and extremely smart. I truly appreciate the team at this location. I couldn't be happier with the care I receive.

I have been a patient at the Cary office for years and recently started seeing a care giver that is primarily in this office. The office is busy but the front desk takes care to get to you as soon as possible. John in particular has been kind, engaging and very helpful. In my last visit, he pointed out that I had overpaid on my last visit and provided me all the information needed along with the number to call. Thank you for the great patient care!!

I just had my checkup UNC family medicine. Dr. Correal spent the time with me that I needed. She was thorough and very patient with me and my questions. What a wonderful staff. Sharika and Tonita were gracious and attentive. It’s reassuring to have a great family practice where I can go with any health issues and feel good about my care. Thank you! Rebecca Lumsden

I have been going to this office since it was just Dr. Baloatch and today was last time dealing… I went to an appointment last week so they would be able to prescribe me pain meds before my surgery, (after 4/6/26) a unnecessary follow up that they charged my insurance for bc, Jessica told me to go to the ED for more pain meds! Katie hasn’t called. Complete waste of time!! I had an appointment today at this facility at 8:20 AM. I accidentally went to the wrong facility and called to make sure that I can still be seeing if I got there in 10 minutes. I was assured by the receptionist that if I got there within the 15 minute grace period that I could be seen. I got to the facility at 8:30am and walked in the building at 8:32am.
