I just had my checkup UNC family medicine. Dr. Correal spent the time with me that I needed. She was thorough and very patient with me and my questions. What a wonderful staff. Sharika and Tonita were gracious and attentive. It’s reassuring to have a great family practice where I can go with any health issues and feel good about my care. Thank you! Rebecca Lumsden
I have been going to this office since it was just Dr. Baloatch and today was last time dealing… I went to an appointment last week so they would be able to prescribe me pain meds before my surgery, (after 4/6/26) a unnecessary follow up that they charged my insurance for bc, Jessica told me to go to the ED for more pain meds! Complete waste of time!! I had an appointment today at this facility at 8:20 AM. I accidentally went to the wrong facility and called to make sure that I can still be seeing if I got there in 10 minutes. I was assured by the receptionist that if I got there within the 15 minute grace period that I could be seen. I got to the facility at 8:30am and walked in the building at 8:32am. I hesitated receiving care here because of the negative reviews but I had a smooth and pretty good experience.
Don’t waste your time coming here they are very unprofessional can never get in touch with nurses or even your doctor been going through an issue with them for the past 3 months regarding medication been calling and calling absolutely nothing it’s sad and ridiculous should not have to go through this so again go elsewhere I will be looking into another doctors office myself
