We took a bus for hour and a half walked 16 min to be turned around because we was 1 min past the cut time... wow
I was bringing my then legally underage teenager to this facility. Approximately a year and half ago. We were always seen by Jennifer Massimilla Clemmens. She is very bias and prejudice. She involves preconceived negative opinions based on stereotypes. We were hard down arguing in the doctor’s office! About the history of my daughter’s health! That I’ve kept every record of. She is very rude and patronizing! I do not recommend going to any offices that she “practices” out of.
horrible place I would not recommend. The staff there is very rude and they find ways to avoid people and to not put in the work to help people. They will try to push your care onto other doctors or professionals at different locations who you don’t even know so they don’t have to deal with you. Lazy and unprofessional. Why tell your patient to go to urgent care instead for something non emergency when you are the primary care.
