I have never had a problem getting in touch with the clinical staff. Dr. Johnson and his nurse work very well together to get patients what they need
Impossible to get a appointment..Dr.Catz sent a referral June 4. I still haven't gotten a appointment. Have made several attempts by phone. My insurance company tried to get a person to make a appointment. Have had zero luck. Unbelievable
Great staff and Dr. Johnson is very attentive and thorough. Everyone is really great with kids too, I had a wonderful experience here!

If you are considering taking your child to this ENT.. please don't. While the staff is very nice and attentive, Dr. Johnson was absolutely awful with our 11 month old. He told us children under 1 do not get tubes for ear infections (not correct) and that her pediatricians were likely just telling us she had ear infections to appease us and get us out of the office when she was sick.
