They simply don't answer the phone. Ever.
Dr. Johnson is a great MD. He is patient and thorough in his treatment plan. His nurse Crystal makes sure all surgeries and orders are authorized ahead of time. Couldn't ask for a better ENT.
I have never had a problem getting in touch with the clinical staff. Dr. Johnson and his nurse work very well together to get patients what they need
Impossible to get a appointment..Dr.Catz sent a referral June 4. I still haven't gotten a appointment. Have made several attempts by phone. My insurance company tried to get a person to make a appointment. Have had zero luck. Unbelievable
