The support staff and physicians are wonderful. They are truly here to help. They care. They listen. They take a holistic approach. They're humble, patient and kind. I am tremendously grateful for their expertise and availability. 5 gold stars for Dr. Barnhill
Absolute garbage. I've came here— TRIED to come here, but these staff are too INCOMPETENT to take an appointment for a day out of the WHOLE YEAR. Drove 2 hours for this. This has happened twice in the span of two years.
The individuals who work here are genuinely angels on Earth. I go here for the Long-COVID clinic and I have been met with kindness, understanding, and tireless work to try to help me. The staff and doctors here are patient, humble, and dedicated to listening to your concerns and needs. I am beyond blessed to have this team at UNC. For 5 years they keep trying to help me and never give up on me.
Front desk staff are a pleasure to see. I'm always greeted with smiles. They are proactive about reaching out to reschedule and always have their act together. The therapists are also excellent.
Amazing and talented group of therapist and clinicians that truly have their heart in the right place. Bright and open layout with accessible entry for those with disabilities.
