The individuals who work here are genuinely angels on Earth. I go here for the Long-COVID clinic and I have been met with kindness, understanding, and tireless work to try to help me. The staff and doctors here are patient, humble, and dedicated to listening to your concerns and needs. I am beyond blessed to have this team at UNC. For 5 years they keep trying to help me and never give up on me.
Front desk staff are a pleasure to see. I'm always greeted with smiles. They are proactive about reaching out to reschedule and always have their act together. The therapists are also excellent.
Amazing and talented group of therapist and clinicians that truly have their heart in the right place. Bright and open layout with accessible entry for those with disabilities.
Physical Therapy for the body. I need it yearly to get a better understanding of where my ability have either changed (increased/decreased or in my strength)…
These folks need to answer the phone. Had an appointment June19, 2323 with Dr. Filer. Follow up on prosthesis liners, socks, etc. was suppose to be done for appointment with Atlantic Prosthesis...nothing has been done. 3 x voicemails since June, 19 and nothing. :(((
