The staff is amazing and are always so friendly. They check on you as many times as you need throughout your donation and will bring you snacks/a drink if you need one. I’ve been donating for over a year and always enjoy going back!
All the nurses are so kind and helpful! They make you feel very relaxed and comfortable and are on top of everything. It was my first time donating and I am sure to be back. Thank you!
I’ve been back 3 times this year after a long hiatus and have been amazed at the team in the new location! Bede was no exception in getting me checked in and settled for my donation yesterday. He has a great bedside manner, was easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor! It’s always a great feeling to do a selfless act, but the generosity and attentiveness of those helping you do this act will stick with you! You can tell all the employees there truly enjoy what they are doing .
The staff was SO lovely, and friendly and I felt comfortable the entire time. The process was quick and the nurses provided snacks and warm blankets. I would definitely go back again.
