I was supposed to get an implant, they wanted to do a bone graft. Got that done and the day before my implant appointment they said I needed another bone graft! Without further pictures or anything. Said I was good to go when they made the appointment then one day before I need another bone graft. BS!! Also I called the financial department a couple of months ago and he said I had over $600 worth of credit on my account due to me paying then my insurance paying them as well. Broke one of my teeth during a retreatment. Between the time the tooth was broken and the appointment to repair it, the department got a new director of patient relations, Annetta Streater. She told me it was a teaching hospital and that’s part of the risk. I followed up for months and she never called, never responded, just flatly refused to perform her duties. About what we’ve all come to expect from these career parasites in Academia. It’s like welfare for the connected.
Hi my name is Doris Davis. My review is I encountered the worst dental experience there and it has traumatized my smile for the remainder of my life. They do not care about anybody or anything here. They messed my son's teeth up completely and will not fix them because they claimed we were no shows which is completely false. They are rude as well as nasty. Find a better place to go
