I am a tenet whom has been stuck without power for a full 7 day time period. Property management has been nothing but nasty and unhelpful during this awful time. I have argued I have complained to any and all resources that will listen. We were barely compensated for our displacement over a long holiday weekend and have still yet to receive any reimbursement for our full fridge of food that has went bad. I just had a great move-in experience with Unbundled. My previous management company was tough to get ahold of and often took a while to respond, so I was a little nervous about the transition especially moving in the middle of them month. The process with Unbundled was smooth and their email updates were helpful throughout to make move-in day simple.
I've lived here for over 2 years and have been very pleased with Unbundled pm. Quick to respond for maintenance issues, requests or questions I have. Andy in particular is great at following up and checking for resolution when I need to submit service requests. Highly recommend the Unbundled team
