Buyers beware! Make sure you know exactly what you are getting and get it all in writing upfront. We had an accepted offer for a new construction home in Brentwood subdivision with Ryan from Unbridled Builders. The listing said we could fully customize and had pictures of an “almost identical model home.” We are moving across the country and paid over asking.
