David Brown is not a doctor. He is a nurse practitioner, who does not follow Nightingale Pledge, that all nurses take. My wife (whose name I will not disclose, as Mr. Brown seems as to be someone who looks to seek revenge on those who tell the truth and share with others the lack of care he provides) went in to see about becoming a new patient.
