I scheduled an appointment online, understanding that it wasn’t guaranteed, and waited for confirmation. When I didn’t hear back, I called at least eight times and left a voicemail to try to reconfirm. Unfortunately, no one ever answered or returned my call. As a bride trying to plan appointments on a timeline, this was frustrating and disappointing. I can’t speak to the in-store experience, but the lack of communication made me feel completely overlooked.

Brittany, you and your mom were simply amazing! From the minute my sisters and I walked into your bridal suite I knew then we came to the right place. I tried on 3 dresses and all of them fit my curves, they were BEAUTIFUL, affordable and for theses reasons and some I'm so grateful as it can sometimes be difficult for us plus size women to find dresses we like, let alone any that fits!! This place is amazing!!! Brittany and her mom are true angels! My sis was looking for something specific to her body type and her selection was perfect! My sister had the best experience! Personable and perfect just for what she needed! Love, love, love this boutique! She said yes to the dress in less than an hour!

My fiancée and I scheduled an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. during the appointment, Brittany and her mother devoted all their time to kindly assist my fiancée. The customer service was outstanding. Prior to discovering their store, we had visited three other places where, frankly, we left feeling disappointed due to their lack of attention. However, what surprised us the most were their prices, which were extremely affordable. We wholeheartedly recommend their establishment.
