Steve and company are absolutely the best. I'd been given so many ridiculous quotes for work on my backup camera and navigation system, from dealers, car toys, etc. I remembered that Coach had done excellent work for me on my truck so I went by to check. Once again, superior customer service, expertise and all with the most reasonable costs, less than half of what I'd been quoted all over town. This is the second vehicle we have taken to Coach Automotive. Both times, the work has been exceptional. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The seats on our Grand Cherokee look and feel amazing. It definitely elevated the interior. I definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade your interior.
They charged us an extra $200 without our consent or even notifying us until they gave us the bill
2024 update: After a few years, there were some cracks on the console leather for some reason... Coach was quick to order a warranty replacement and I was in/out of their door within an hour. Thanks for standing by your product and install! This is why people should do business with them! The rest of my leather still looks great. They were the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I’m so glad we saved money on buying a base model truck and having coach put leather seats in.
