This fell below my expectations. The products used were not salon quality. The stylist used Trader Joe’s Tea Tree shampoo + conditioner. Not what I was expecting to be used. PLUS, I was getting a deep conditioner and that is not made to be a deep conditioner. Additionally, I got my hair blow dried and I did not see heat protection was used. Thus the blow out was…not to my expectations. If I didn’t have hair ties I would’ve walked out looking like a mess.
