Every time I walk into Dr Shah's office I have to take a deep breath, her staff is very condescending when speaking to me. I'm not a child and don't expect to be treated as one. They had not updated my personal information and was sending statements to an address from over 6 years ago. Every time I asked about how coding was done and or billed, I was told I had a deductible over and over. Dr. Shah is a professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service. She is courteous, friendly and accommodating. I personally have only had good experiences with excellent service. (5) Stars!
I have been a patient for over a year a d Dr. Shah has helped with with a couple different skin issues. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She also takes time to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed. 5 stars for sure!
Do not see her, go else where to competent doctors.
She looked at a mole on my daughter, said it was nothing, turned out to be stage 4 skin cancer, didn't biopsy or anything. Doesn't care about patients only cares about the dollar.
I have been seeing Dr.Shah for many years and love her. I recommend her anytime I have an opportunity to friends, family, co-workers even acquaintances that need her expertise with their medical issues related to dermatology. She has a comforting bedside manner and so easy to talk to. She listens, addresses your concerns and really takes the time to make sure you are ok and understand everything you need to do when leave her office. Her staff is very professional and welcoming.
Dr Shah did not listen to what I had to say and was only interested in selling her own branded products even though they are very expensive, it was never discussed how expensive they were and there was never any mention of a no return policy, in fact even on the website there is nothing that says no returns.
Dr Shah is extremely knowledgable and diagnosed a very rare skin condition for my son. She prescribed a medication which keeps the condition under control. She recently diagnosed a skin cancer on my face and put together a treatment plan that resulted in almost no scarring.
She is great! Very knowledgeable and personable, has been very helpful with my many skin conditions.
