Have ordered here before and specially ordered the Thai burrito from this location but unfortunately things have gone rock bottom from this store. The burrito was all rice use a much smaller tortilla, and probably only had three pieces of chicken in it. Absolute scam and The main person working was very rude and denied that the item quality has gone down and is now all rice. I called and he hung up and refuses to answer the phone.
My wife enjoyed her grilled chicken Una Mas burrito, but my Fiesta breakfast burrito was not good. In addition to the ingredients indicated on the menu (eggs, peppers, and onions), it also had carrots, zucchini, and what appeared to be potato skin. These should not have been in the Fiesta burrito I ordered. I thought maybe I was given a Veggie breakfast burrito by mistake, but those ingredients aren't even listed for that item either. I'd rather go to the McDonald's next door. The workers were really nice at least.
Burrito was amazing
On the uber eats app it shows ‘ The Monterey menu is a burrito ‘ app charged me a burrito ‘ but the uber driver delivered me a quesadilla with a nacho chips .. and if you look in the bill it doesn’t even mention anywhere is it a burrito ‘ taco or quesadilla it just says The Monterey and (protein-chicken) seems like a scam ‘ i spent $24 just for one burrito gave $4 tip to the driver and you get wrong order .. and the mile was just around 1.5 .. i don’t know who’s on the fault ‘ the restraunt or uber eats or the driver “ but i... read more
