The place was very pretty on the inside and out. The staff were super nice and very helpful. They made the whole process fun and easy. I wasn’t sure what lashes to get but they helped explain the different types and outcomes of each one. I fell asleep while they were doing my lashes because I could barely even feel anything lol. I was a loyal client at Una Lash in Corona for over a year and consistently saw Dora without any problems. My eyes were always healthy and irritation-free under her care. At one of my appointments, my lash artist was changed last minute to Tina without notice. After the service, my eyes became significantly irritated and inflamed. The reaction was immediate and severe, and I have photo documentation from that day. For $120 including tip, it’s fair enough to say that service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Tina. During my visits, she consistently pushed me to get a new set every time, even when I was just looking for a fill or maintenance. It felt more like upselling than focusing on what I actually wanted as a client. Because of that, the experience wasn’t very comfortable for me.

Place is clean relaxing but the girl doesn’t speak English I was trying to explain that it’s my first time and if she can help me pick the right size and all she keeps on saying I don’t know I don’t know , after I’m done they were poking me when I told her she said sorry I can’t remove, I told her the size is humongous she said I told u mam!!!! No u didn’t and when I asked u said u don’t know!!! Just be carful of who u will be doing ur brows and pick the right one because mine they are not any thing alike

I had such a great experience here! Leah was gentle, efficient, and incredibly professional throughout the whole time. She really listened to what I wanted and also seemed to instantly understand the exact look I was going for. The whole process was comfortable, and the results were perfect. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending Leah to friends!
