The last few times I've been there, the lady in the first chair has cut my hair and not once has she cut the hair the way I've asked for it. She cuts it so short I can't even style it when all I asked was for a minor trim. My hair was about 4-6 inches long and now It's shorter than the thickness of a finger. The photo is what I asked for. Now I have to wait many more months to regrow my hair and get it cut the proper way.
