Buy or beware? Robert is a liar and a cheat. He is devious and he is rude. When I first messaged him about a car that I was interested in buying he replied I'm busy. I then told him that I would pay cash and I'm willing to pay the price and he said don't tell me that you have cash. I finally met up with him and he told me that he was the original buyer and he was not. Ultimately I paid for the car and he told me that the plates and tags would be in in a week to week and a half.
