Mrs. I am a plus sized woman who was having a terrible time finding fashionable plus sized bridal gowns. After having a terrible experience at David's I was refereed to Un Amour. I can admit I went in with my emotions in a knot wishing I could just wear jeans down the aisle. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly-well informed customer service. Un Amour Bridal- AWFUL PLACE -- AVOID IT!! My friend and I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from this store. The order was placed in Jan of 2008. In May 19, 2008 our dresses arrived at the store only to find out that they had ordered the wrong dress. When I spoke with the store manger Tiffany, she informed me that the company would not be able to make us new dress in time for the June 21st wedding. Thank you so much The ladies who run this store are really helpful and friendly. My original dress was damaged in a house fire, and I needed another dress within three weeks. They found me a beautiful gown, allowed me to put down half and pay the balance a week later at my first fitting and did a tremendous job altering the dress to fit me perfectly. Great store, great people working there I was very pleased with the service at Un Amour Bridal. They must have 500 bridesmaids dresses to choose from and they all come in fivfty or sixty different colors. The only negative thing is I wish they were open on Wednesdays and Sundays. I think a lot of foks going to David's Bridal would come to Un Amour if they had Sunday hours. I did manage to take off early one Friday and had my girls meet me there. There were so many choices, that we were amazed. Every dress comes with straps, ... read more
bad not happy.. I so wish I never got my dresses there for my brides maids.. we had so many problems with alterations... how long the dresses took together and two of my girls didnt get there dresses done till the day before the wedding...and after all the stress of that the day of the wedding some of the girls bra strips were showing I was so upset at the way that place is not vary good at all..
A brides dream come true !! This store is perfect for any bride. It might be small but has a huge selection. The service is awsome anything you want they can do,for example I liked a stapless dress there making it into a halter for me...Anything they can do to help they will..Bridesmaides pick a color you want and your set they will show you every dress you can get in this color...Im getting my dress from here because i love the service!!!
Good service, half of the time Recently I was in a wedding and the bride purchased her dress from Once Upon A Dream, and to get good service depended on who helped you that day. I went with her when she first tried on her dress and to almost every fitting, and we only received truly acceptable service about half of the time.
