I got stuck on the side of the interstate, not only did they rescue me but when I had to pick up my child from school they let me borrow a rental car, so by the time I got back to their shop my car was ready to go. I will only take my cars to them!
Stear clear!!! A family member took their vehicle here and we left on a tow truck with a blown engine. When we had the vehicle assessed by another mechanic, they said that this wasn't the first car that they had seen destroyed by UMS. This discount that they advertise on other websites is certainly not worth the second repair bill that you'll have once you leave.
Backyard mechanics with access to big-boy tools. If you're not friends or mutual friends with an owner or "employee", expect to be ripped off.
I want to thank Chris and Kate over at U.M.S Auto. I had a problem with my vehicle and they diagnosed right over the phone, when i got there it was dead on accurate, and was very reasonable in the price. And not to mention this was on a Sunday. They are quick and very professional when it comes to quality service at a really great price. Thanks again Kate and Chris...yall are awesome.
