We trusted Amie Hunter and Umpqua Insurance agency with our insurance needs for first ten years of business. Come to find out we misplaced that trust. Never once in the ten years have we had any kind of claim. After 7 years we were canceled by the first carrier as we started to take on water mitigation projects. There are so many uncertainties that I face as a small business owner, especially during these uncertain times.
