I have been going to Umpqua bank for years now but ever since they open this branch in Longview the vibe that Umpqua brings when I go to the bank it’s just not at this branch for some reason the wait times are excessive at the drive-through window and in the lobby when there’s never that many people there I don’t understand why it feels so much different, but it just does the thing I’ve always loved about Umpqua Bank is this warm and inviting? I am very impressed with Roger Kadey. He walked us through our first and second home loans, explaining things in a manner that made seemingly incomprehensible terms simple and easy to understand. That alone made our decision making easier. Also he is very knowledgeable in the types of loans available, and quickly was able to present us with good options. His estimates given at the beginning of the process turned out to be within just a few dollars at its end. I have gone with him twice, and would do so again.
