We love Columbia (which once Umpqua) the eureka branch everyone makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. They always have a smile on their face and seem happy to help with whatever you may need. Stephanie is awesome well they all are, I highly recommend this bank. They work with you with everything.

Nice Bank, Nice Staff.
I like this bank even tho they stretched their hrs til 5pm I still would like to see 6pm and be open on Saturdays as some people get off work at 4 and 5 and can't make it in on time, so Saturdays would be nice, also if you have to block your debit card for some reason or another or lose it you can't get a temporary card you have to wait for it via mail, and that's a big inconvenience for sure. But all in all it's a decent bank and the people are nice at my bank.oh one more thing the app doesn't let you go back on the back bu... read more
