Don’t count on good service, even if you have a business account. My disappointment isn’t just in this branch, though they were in a position to be of the most help when my accounts were frozen due to a possible fraud issue, as they are the “branch of origination” where I opened my account. I can’t count how many calls I’ve made to get this issue resolved in the last three weeks, and how many people dropped the ball in doing their part to resolve it. UPDATE: out of sheer laziness.. I never closed my account. I hate this type of administrative stuff. Turns out, several months ago, this bank changed my account type quietly.. and reversed my waived ATM fees... so for months I've been paying ATM fees without knowing. HAHA omg this company could not be worse. This branch, and this bank, is garbage. I switched to Umpqua 5ish years ago to get away from Wells Fargo. I figured a small local bank would treat me right. This branch is beautiful and the people working there are always so kind. Twice now they were able to help with a somewhat complicated banking issue and were very professional and happy to help. Special thanks to Judah and Ervin for their quality service.
This branch, and this bank, is garbage. I switched to Umpqua 5ish years ago to get away from Wells Fargo. I figured a small local bank would treat me right. Since then I’ve had multiple accounts start having maintenance fees out of nowhere. They tell me it was on the fine print. I’m sure the banker who is “no longer with Umpqua” really went out of his way to set me up with the right account …. For making Umpqua money with fees.
