The staff here is always kind and helpful and seems genuinely interested in chatting with their clients.
Terrible experience. Opened a checking acct and needed to go online to avoid fees. Could not get the online account to work. Went into the back and talked to them and changed my address. They told me no issue about the online acct because their site was having issues. 4 months later the account was overdrawn because they were taking fees and sending notices to my old address. They had no record of agreeing to waive my fees or my address change. Incompetent bait and switch weasels.
