I've been banking with Umpqua for 15 years; always had a good experience with them and with this location in particular. I've lost my debit card a couple of times and always found it easy to deactivate it and order a new one. Additionally, when travelling internationally, they made it possible to do the foreign travel notification online.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! They are predatory especially towards older people. They inactived my retired mom's account claiming lack of activity which was not true at all. And now they have made it exceedingly difficult to close the account and retrieve her funds. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. If you do bank with them, close your account immediately and be sure to do so in person
