The billpay service is a joke and customer service can't fix anything! Billpay immediately withdraws the funds from my account for billpay checks, which is okay. But, 2 checks sent by billpay didn't clear and the funds were not refunded to me. After many hours on the phone with multiple CS reps, they sent a 'refund' check to me that bounced when I deposited into my Columbia account. They issued it to my PO Box (with the wrong zip code) rather than my name, like checks are normally written, which might be the reason Columbia ... read more
I wanted to leave a review for Columbia/Umpqua specifically about Elbert, Nichelle & Anne. What a wonderful team and group this is! We have been doing business with Columbia for almost a year now and they have been nothing short of fantastic. Extremely responsive, helpful, and always willing to help.
