Great experience at the Columbia Bank Multnomah Village branch. I showed up a week early for my appointment, and they still found a way to squeeze me in and open my account on the spot. Kennedy was incredibly patient while I pulled my documents together and made the whole process quick and easy. Super grateful for the help and excited to start banking with this branch. Highly recommend.

I'm not a big review writer but I do look at them. And I have to say, this lovely Multnomah Village branch is the best! The people there are personable and friendly! They handle our two businesses with the utmost care because they truly do care about their customers and their banking needs. They have gone out of their way for us on multiple occasions. I am so grateful we found them!
Terrible hours that do not accommodate for regular full time workers schedule. With no open hours outside of regular business hours and the lack of functionality of their mobile app it is impossible to handle finances with this institution any longer. Not just this location in particular.
