Don't bank here. I was looking for a good small local bank to use for my small construction business in Portland. They are absolutely not it. I consistently had difficulties accessing their online system (which is almost useless even when its working) and no one at the Hawthorne location could help claiming that help with business accounts could only be done on the phone.
