Awful. Furniture destroyed, 60 tv cracked and will not work. *********************** and a woman named ***** (moving coordinator were terrible and not helpful. They told me for all the damage they may pay .60/pound. Told me my husband should have read the fine print. They basically still you things in a truck and carry them in and are not held responsible for what they do. They brought in a box with a paining and their tools greasy and heavy laid on it. Worst experience ever.

I am waiting for a rebate check for 150.00. Tracey at Umovefree said when he gets paid from rock creek apts in Houston, They will send check. This had been since Feb of 2022. I kept making follow-up calls, sometimes he returns my calls , sometimes he doesn't. I would like my rebate ck !!!!

Suzi at Umove did not honor what she promised. Using her own poor communication as an excuse, she lowered my rebate from 200 to 100 at the last possible moment. Do they do this to everyone perhaps? I have text where she tried to gaslight and blame the apartment complex for her own lack of foresight. Then she had the the audacity to say "I'm sorry you feel that way" when in no way I had I mentioned feelings, only the facts. Truly horrendous practice. Great way to play up and then scam you at the last moment.

They are liars! Trying to only rebate me $50 when their website clearly states that it's either $200 rebate check for rental rates over $1000 and $100 rebate check for rental rates under $1000.

Christine @Umovefree was my agent and a GOD SEND, without her help there is no way I would have been able to get anything done. Amelia was my my apartment locater and she was so helpful in every way I needed her far as finding the right apartment making sure I’m very pleased with the choice I make. I would recommend anybody to her you guys are awesome everybody needs to know about y’all services it’s worth it. I’m glad I had the opportunity to experience such a wonderful ending with UMOVEFREE!!
