Originally I would give a 5 stars review but not anymore. After owning a RGBW color changing kit on my BMW 340 one of the DRLs went bad. The company sent a replacement chip under warranty no problem in a timely manner. So I was happy, than Come to find out the wiring harness ribbon was bad. I didn’t want to uninstall and reinstall the kit so I had my mechanic who does electrician work fix the wiring harness and retro fit his own. DRLs are now working fine for a few months. I would give 5 stars due to liking the product I purchased. Which was RGBW color changing headlights for my BMW. 1 out of the 4 chips went bad and warranty covered it and a replacement was sent. However another chip went bad and i’ve been trying to keep in contact with this company to get another covered under warranty. However it’s been about a month and still nothing in the mail. I hate to say it but I have been patient enough with this seller. I purchased a multi-piece bumper for my car back in August 2024 which I only received half of it 5 months after the purchase (Jan '25) and was marked as "Shipped" instead of "Partially shipped" like described on their site. It's been an additional 4 months (May '25) and I am still waiting for them to send me the rest of my order. Purchased a set of E36 depo lights with Orion v2 and BI led projectors last year and these lights have been nothing but issues. Never received error cancel harness or harness just for the angel eyes for my lights after number or emails I just gave up. Being a BMW technician for 14 years and the amount of money spent on these lights I would think the connections inside the headlights would be excellent. Wrong. Sent me the wrong part, responded for weeks with "I'll get you an answer tomorrow" and then ghosted me. USPS wouldn't even accept the return label saying they didn't see it in their system.
