Sent me the wrong part, responded for weeks with "I'll get you an answer tomorrow" and then ghosted me. USPS wouldn't even accept the return label saying they didn't see it in their system.
I completely understand how important it is to find quality products and reliable customer service, especially when you're dealing with things from afar. It's been great to work with them over email, making it so much easier for those of us who aren’t local. If you're considering making a purchase, I genuinely encourage you to go for it—you won't be disappointed! They truly stand by their promise of satisfaction!
5 stars all around. Ordered a set of RGBW color changing headlights for the halos on my BMW 340. Kit worked great with the app, one of the halos went bad after a while I contacted them on instagram and email where I received a response from both. Email replies are extremely fast which was great. They stated to try trouble shooting the issue and check connections to see if they start working again. I did this a couple of days later and came to a conclusion that the circuit board went bad.
