I have been waiting to hear back, but unclear what happened. I wish they could be more organized so I can get information from my doctor. I have been waiting over 5 months. The doctors really need competent staff to work with patients. The most disorganized place for medical at UNM. The most disorganized place for medical at UNM. I have a great doctor unfortunately the neurosurgery unfortunately clinic nurses are incompetent and don’t understand basic things. UNM neurosurgery keeps losing accreditation for residents so tons so tons of turnover. They need to have a supervisor or charge nurse to train them. UNM or CNM RNs go elsewhere and these nurses go to the pay for a degree schools that advertise on TV. Worst nurse post op in the ICU Miranda. It’s a shame when the doctor is so nice and polite but yet the staff treats you poorly. And I too of that let you leave with a high blood pressure and no concern. The “management “ that calls to talk to you about things have no heart not any desire to help a patient.
