Great family owned local business. Amazing atmosphere and the kids love it! Perfect spot for a play date with elementary school besties.
My husband and I have been coming here for years and used to bring our children. We always had friendly servers. Now our kids go there with their families and tonight was to celebrate our grandson’s birthday. My husband and I arrived first, spied a larger table but because of social distancing, my husband took two of the (dirty) plastic white chairs from another table to add to our table. I'm sorry you had a bad experience this evening. It sounds like a simple situation escalated unintentionally. I assume this was your first visit this year. Because of the Pandemic there have been a lot of regulations put on us that have changed the way business is done this season. We have limitations on the amount of people that can be at anyone table, we also must maintain the table distancing. That being said, is the reason the comment was being made about moving the chairs. Great homemade ice cream. Nice roomy outdoor seating right on High Street, 2 blocks from the water. Easy walk-up ordering system. Would be easier for all the customers if there was a second pickup window, or if they’d bring out the orders. Still, great local business that seems committed to their hometown.
First time there. Ice cream was delicious our server was very nice and on top of things.
Love there ice cream but the new brownie Sundae I do not recommend I just bought one and the brownie is stale and hard I’m disappointed
