I am an employee and I have never had success getting my prescriptions sent to the employee express pickup box. I have asked on 5 different occasions and each time staff tells me I have been enrolled in the program however my medications have not been sent to the prescription pickup box even once successfully. Convenient and easy. Has never been a line when I’ve gone to pick up. Getting there is confusing if you use google maps, I ended up wandering around behind the building by the ambulances… Pro tip: don’t use google maps to get here. Use the entrance on Lombard and green, you’ll see the giant mosaic heart. Go up the stairs and hang slight left. Someone will point you in the direction.
