Failure to answer and return calls even after leaving many voicemails about a patient needing medication as soon as possible. Failure to send in medication led to having a pain crisis and having to be hospitalized a week later , the patient has sickle cell so this should’ve been top priority especially after the parent stated that she was out of her medication.
My grandson Semaj Ward came to this hospital not only did he suffer from the brain tumor he suffered from normal sickness because every time when we had to take him to the hospital because he wasn’t feeling well his doctor would tell us it’s the tumor but when they do a test on him it’s not the tumor than she would tell us he doesn’t have long we heard this for 2 years he suffered for 2 weeks in the hospital for kidney stones all because she said it was the tumor with out doing a CT scans to see we were also told it’s not co... read more
