Three out of four appointments were messed up due to dental assistant Eric's disregard for the patient. This appointment went well in spite of the fact Eric failed to follow the dentist's instructions.
UMKC Faculty Practice is the best dental care. My opinion is based on being their patient for around 28 years including UMKC Dental School. Quality is the key.
Carmen is an excellent hygienist and I feel she treats me in a compassionate manner. She is thorough and genuinely cares about my health. I am, however, frustrated with the lack of dentists in your Facility Practice. I was not examined by a dentist yesterday, which now causes me to reschedule with your only remaining Dr in January. This is not acceptable nor sustainable. This frustration is in no way a reflection of the care I previously experienced at your facility.
