I wouldn’t give them my business after being treated so rudely over the phone. I told the receptionist that I was pretty sure I needed a crown and needed to make an appt to be seen. She responds, “ we only offer comprehensive care” i then say ok well can I make an appt... she says exasperated we will need to see you for a screening. I say ok that’s fine. The wait time in the morning was a little long, but worth every moment. The student assigned to me was absolutely phenomenal, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I went in with a chip in my tooth, and my confidence shaken. Nick went above and beyond, in every sense of the phrase, but to reassure me, make me comfortable, and repair my tooth. My mom went in to just have her dentures replaced. She is a cancer survivor and cannot go through bone reconstruction and all that, she just wanted dentures. They charged her the $62 for x-rays, she had he teeth pulled years ago, they made her wait while they decided if they could help her since she only wanted dentures, they came back advised they would, and told her they would call with her next appointment.
