Charles provided excellent service as our server. Had the princess roll, very good. Celebrated birthday for granddaughter and they were very nice about acknowledging and sang Happy Birthday.. soooo sweet!!
First time eating at Umiya in Frisco during this holiday weekend. We set at the bar and Stephanie are bartender was very nice and helped us pick out which selections to try first I’m. Food came in pretty fast and there was so much to try. Some of the best sushi I had in a long time and everything tasted fresh. Never had a sushi taco and was surprise how it turned out. Would come again and try the others when in the area again.
La comida y la atención fueron muy buenas. El lugar para el hibachi le faltó espacio, éramos un grupo de 12 personas y tuvimos que sentarnos en mesas diferentes. Además teníamos reservación y aún así debimos esperar 40 minutos.
Food is amazing
I’ve been to umiya a good couple of times and while I’ve had better food other nights the experience and service was the best I’ve had. Kaitlyn is by far the best server we’ve had here and she was so attentive. Food is great. Service with Kaitlyn was fabulous And the restaurant has a great overall atmosphere. 10/10 definitely recommend stopping here :)
