Our experience was amazing! We sat at the counter for a fun viewing experience. Our server Ava was so sweet and made some great recommendations. We tried the peach, burrata, prosciutto, honey pizza for an app and it was delicious! The linguine and clams were so flavorful and a generous serving. My husband had the skirt steak special which was incredible. Finishing with the ricotta, olive oil cake topped with fresh strawberries was heavenly. I cannot wait to go back!

I really wanted to like Umile Trattoria because the place has a lot going for it — great service, nice decor, and a good location. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver. We ordered a few different pizzas, a beet salad, bone marrow, and pasta for the kids. The pizzas were the biggest disappointment. Honestly, they tasted like something you’d get from Costco. This place was exceptional. I’m usually a snob with Italian restaurants not making their own pasta but the flavors at this place were incredible. The calamari appetizer might have been the most perfectly cooked, and with the balsamic sauce, best tasting I’ve ever had! I also love when restaurants dont rush you. We had such a nice night at this place. We did the prefixe to sample a bit of everything, the portions were smaller and i still couldn’t finish everything.
