The packages/options were confusing. I just wanted to pay per person per race, or a deal for several races. Simple.. get rid of this "make a profile" stuff. The picture taking was cool for the leaderboard, but I shouldnt have to pay for a membership to race. The confusion isnt streamlined and makes people skeptical about coming back. Contact me and I'll revise your entire aquisition process in exchange for a life time of free races.
Very accommodating for late arrivals to the birthday party. The sixteen year old girls felt really comfortable. Many had never driven a vehicle.
Service very friendly. Brett who trained my son took extra time to talk to him because he was nervous the first time. He made my son relaxed and he was able to drive better and enjoy his other two races. He was great.
Everyone has a very friendly and accommodating attitude. Regulars are treated great and new bees are given much patience. Umigo is fun for the whole family. Safe, clean, fun.
The staff and Umigo was friendly and inviting. They guided us through the registration process all the way to the track. The facility offers plenty of space to play in the arcade or on the track. The track was clean and well maintained and the cars ran well. I will definitely bring the family back for more racing fun.
I felt it was very safe for the kids to participate environment was clean and the staff was very friendly.
You guys did amazing staff was really helpful and had no problem getting my friends through training so we could get on the track
