Apart from the main dining area,the highlight of this place is the sushi bar, where fresh sushi is served to you directly from the chef's counter. The restaurant consists of a separate lounge section as well, where you can settle in with a sake or your usual cocktail. The menu boasts of a variety of dishes from the contemporary Japanese cuisine, and all of them are cooked in a way that renders an almost magical flavor to them. This is definitely one of the places to see and be seen in Atlanta! Their sushi is incredible and their cocktails are pretty great, too. I love coming here with my girls, a date or just for a quick bite to eat. Umm provides guests with a taste of luxury, making them want to come back again and again. One of my favorite sushi spots in the city!

This is the BEST sushi restaurant in Atlanta! The owner is from Japan and fresh fish is flown in from Tokyo. The avocado salad is a special treat. Lively atmosphere with a small but elegant bar area. Reservations a must unless you want to sit at the small counter in the back. Go - even though it is pricey, you won't be disappointed.
