favorite. sushi. ever. try to get the back room. if they have fresh blue fin tuna belly - it's worth the splurge. reservations help otherwise expect a 45 min+ wait.
Seattle crunch roll and garlic short ribs at happy hour are the best.

Their ume-shu (plum wine) is the real deal & just as amazing as it was when I had it in Tokyo!
Another *favorite* of Seattle- Umi is one of the *best* places to get sushi (so many varieties) try Seattle Crunch Roll! Trendy environment, always a fantastic time! Late night Happy Hour @ Bar!
