Update: I went back recently and ordered the tofu Ramen and was pleasantly surprised how flavorful the broth was this time. I'm happy they took reviews into account and updated things. Very happy! I've been very excited to try this place since I saw the sign posted months ago. Right now we have to travel out of town for Ramen, so having one in town is amazing. Very quaint place, got the shrimp noodles. Very delicious broth and soy sauce eggs were phenomenal! Very affordable, got two appetizers and two meals for less than $80.
Umni noodle is an awesome restaurant! I highly recommend if you like the roman type of food. Great service and exceptional service! Definitely a good experience.
