Always an issue when I order online. Missing items or even my order getting canceled by store after waiting 30 minutes on more than one occasion. It’s very frustrating. What’s the point of having all these delivery services if none of them ever go through? There should be no reason for my order to get canceled every time when you are clearly open and have your restaurant on multiple apps. I ordered a bunch of sushi not knowing that a couple days ago that they were looking for a new chef made were closing down for a month. I got very sick and now they are not answering their phone. A refund would have been nice because I don't like posting negative reviews it this seems like my only option here.
We had a standing reservation for my daughter’s birthday and Father’s Day and walked to the door and they were all of a sudden closed. They never let me know. So embarrassing and awful of them. They aren’t answering their phone. This is ridiculous and I am not happy!
