This hibachi spot’s gone totally downhill, I’m never stepping foot back here again. Grabbed a Philadelphia Roll to go and the smoked salmon inside was slimy, sour and reeking of rot—they just leave raw fish sitting out warm all shift with zero cold storage. The sushi rice was rock hard and fermented, barely any cream cheese filling compared to online photos. I leaned up to the open grill and spotted moldy edamame stacked right next to raw shrimp, every counter caked in months of built-up grease that staff never scrubs off.

Save yourself the disappointment, skip their hibachi combination platter entirely. The steak chunks were rubbery, coated in stale rancid grease that left my throat burning for ages after eating two bites. Zero sauce soaked into the meat, just bland tough beef buried under piles of wilted cabbage. I found a thick dark hair tangled in my Shrimp Shumai when I unpacked the box at home, kitchen floors littered with rotting veg scraps no one bothers to sweep between tables
