Very poor management. Vehicles have been broken into in the Evergreen Manor Estates community in Bedford Heights, Ohio. UMH Management offers no security in the residential parking area in the form of lighting or cameras. No members of management are present after 5 p.m. The park manager of Evergreen Manor is rarely present during office hours because she manages two communities.
