My dr referred me here due to needing further mental health to deal with trauma that was coming up. It took them a good week to actually return my calls and because I mentioned i was submitting for fmla and Short term disability due to struggling with my mental health (my dr had filled it out but most likely they would need documentation from psych to further support claim as I seek treatment) the lady I spoke with stated they could not do that. I went to this place for 3.5 years. I had Jennifer Clark managing my medication, and Elizabeth dukes as my therapist. These two by far went above and beyond and I felt they both truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient. The office staff was always kind. The one bummer about this place was the call center, it was nearly impossible to get through with them, but when I told Jennifer, she gave me the office's direct number and I never had an issue getting a hold of them again.
