Only thing about it is when you call you can’t get a human to answer and it’s hard to explain to a machine
I have been going to Family Medicine at Monument Square for many years and while my primary care physician is Dr. McGarry, the other doctors I have seen were all professional and kind as well. I have received excellent care for everything: yearly physicals, a breast cancer scare, birth control implant, psychological support, and an ectopic pregnancy. They really take the time and listen to you.
This practice is abominable. The ladies who work the main office are extremely rude over the phone and in person. They're also incompetent; I had given them all my information prior to my appointment and the day of they didn't know which Doctor I was supposed to be seeing or what type of appointment I had scheduled. It took thirty minutes to get me to an examination room. They attempted to bill me even though a yearly physical is covered in my insurance. honestly its a great place , usually takes you right away . setting up appointments are easy and the doctors , tech, etc are very helpful
