Disastrous Experience Using their services was disastrous. The first time I specifically asked the cleaning woman to clean under the bed and when she left there was tons of dust as if she hadn't even touched the area. The company told me they'd give me a complimentary cleaning but when the day came they forgot to put me in the calendar. Then they sent me a second complimentary cleaning but this woman never showed up. Urban Maid green is too sloppy in selecting staff. Three of four people I worked with showed up late or not at all. Two cleaned so badly the company had to send replacements.
