Yelled at me after another of another PTTD experience Yelled at me for not bringing the boot he put me in saying do I want a cane or a boot. Had been in ER for him putting me in. Walking with a cane to try to get there. He boasted about not doing any surgeries for Kaiser as they don't pay enough. Reported to my primary care Dr Bhola who chose not to report him
